St. Petersburg · Florida

Welcome to Italy. No passport needed.

An authentic Italian coffee house is coming to St. Petersburg. Espresso pulled properly, cornetti still warm, panini named for the cities that inspired them.

Il nostro modo · Our way

In Italy, coffee is not something you carry away. It is a pause you take.

You stand at a marble counter. The cup arrives hot and small and perfect. There is a word with the barista, a glance at the street, ninety seconds that belong entirely to you — and then the day continues, but better.

That pause is what we are bringing to Florida. Not a franchise of Italy. The real thing: the machine, the ritual, the hospitality, the pastry case that stops you at the window. From the first step through the door, you are somewhere else.

Al banco · At the counter

  • Espresso

Pulled short, thick and sweet, the way a barista in Milan would hand it to you.

  • Cappuccino

Before eleven, as tradition insists. After eleven we will still make it, without judgement.

  • Cornetti

Baked through the morning. Plain, crema, pistachio — eaten standing, ideally.

  • Panini

Bread with character, cured meats with provenance, nothing that needs a sauce to be interesting.

  • Gelato

Made in small batches, served at the temperature it is supposed to be served at.

  • Dolci

Tiramisù, cannoli, sfogliatella. The desserts that end an Italian meal properly.

I panini · Ten cities, ten sandwiches

Every panino carries the name of the place that inspired it — and tastes like it means it.

Fuori · Outside

It will be painted on the wall by the door, and we fully expect you to stand in front of it. Bring someone worth photographing.
